Among other things, The Public Works is a group of photographers versed in multiple and various styles and techniques. Each of our photographers grew up with a camera in hand, and each cut his or her teeth in the world of action sports. This is what makes The Public Works unique: our personal histories, passions and aspirations have led us to what we now do for our clients.

The Public Works’ photographers have all experienced the challenges of bringing the studio to extreme environments. This is what we love to do. En route to photographing skiers and snowboarders in flight, we proudly carry full light kits miles into the unpredictable weather and challenging snow conditions of the backcountry. Whether it’s a mountain top shoot or a city location set, we bring along an undying commitment to perfection.

Photography Management
The Public Works has years of photography management experience.  We manage global marketing campaigns, as well as photographers. We plan and manage large budget shoots, work hand-in-hand with creative agencies, filmers and photographers, and then help our clients develop and manage their imagery assets within databases. The experience gained in each of these roles allows us to better understand and accommodate our clients’ needs.
